Returns Are Not Guaranteed
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee refunds, exchanges, or returns unless previously approved by our team. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality control, we evaluate each situation individually.
We reserve the right to approve or deny a return request based on:
The condition of the product
Time since purchase
Reason for the return
Whether the item is custom-made or limited edition
Requesting a Return
To request a return, please contact us at gruntlifeco.usa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
Your full name and order number
The item(s) you wish to return
A brief explanation of the issue
Photos (if applicable)
We will respond within a reasonable time to let you know whether your return is approved and how to proceed.
Conditions for Return (If Approved)
If your return request is approved:
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
You will be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
All approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom or personalized products
Sale or clearance items
Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered
Game calls that show signs of use
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your return is approved and you would like a different item, you may place a new order after your original return is processed (if applicable).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
